He is a Chinese American Wall Street investment banker and venture capitalist targeting the Chinese and wider global market with a broad scope encompassing strategic planning, going public, planning and cross-border M&A advisory services, including Pre-IPO private placement, PIPE, IPO, Secondary Offering, Reverse Merger transactions.
Founding MAS capital inc, a large investment bank and advisory firm located in multiple locations globally, including Shanghai with U.S. headquarters based in New York, he has a vast experience and history with all transaction and deal types.
With his 30+ years of experience, and publicly known as “King of Shells” - Aaron Tsai created 101 public shell companies in the 1990s before SPAC became mainstream, and has led hundreds of successful IPOs across the world with a cumulative transaction volume amounting to hundreds of billions (see WSJ articles linked).
On top of his extensive record in the capital markets, Aaron is also heavily involved in the crypto ecosystem as well, having established his own public blockchain financial ecosystem with MASFi Financial Blockchain, MASEx, MASBank and MAS Pay with unparalleled domain expertise.

Managing partner
Pierre Mechen is an accomplished investment banker, advisor and strategist with a multitude of core competencies that position him as the forefront of Vesselbridge’s expansion. As managing partner, he has led a hyper-successful origination arm, and with his marketing-infused capital raising approach, has raised 1B+ through fulfillment partners and direct to client work - with a partnership network and team that boasts a fantastic resume and hundreds of billions in aggregate transaction volume.
Pierre’s marketing prowess and operational experience is the driving force behind Vesselbridge’s success, where he combines old school rigour and tried and true methods for raising capital and origination, with a modern edge, allowing for quick access to growth capital. His hands-on approach to crafting investor materials, developing compelling narratives, and positioning businesses for growth has been instrumental in achieving long-term success for his clients.
Initially starting as a CRO consultant, he generated over $12M in revenue for his clients, and taking that experience worked as COO at XPX Capital, where he pioneered a modernised outreach system contributing to the raising of over $202M for both private and public deals, as well as closing many buy and sell side transactions.
Using this marketing, acquired network and pioneered modern system he founded Vesselbridge, initially operating in stealth as the driving force for origination and fulfillment for many banks and boutiques worldwide, raising capital for deals limited by network constraint.
Now leading a small and hyper-targeted direct to consumer line, Pierre is at the forefront of Vesselbridge’s rapid expansion.

With an esteemed background, and deep insight into investor perspective and relations Antonis is a great addition to the Vesselbridge team.
Antonis was an investment management for a multi-million-dollar family office, looking at equity investments and alternative asset managers with a particular focus on Technology, Energy and Financials verticals
He was advisor to Early-Stage Startups – consulting companies in fundraising efforts, offering expertise in marketing materials, financial models, and investor outreach strategies
To add to this, has extensive investment Banking experience at Citi, specifically in sell-side and buy-side M&A, IPOs, and private placements
Coupled with deep Financial Expertise – and skilled in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis, with a strong academic background in corporate finance and accounting, Antonis is a crucial player in deal execution and sourcing targeted investor groups for Vesselbridge’s mandates.
NED/Operations & Investor Relations
James is an innovative, results-proven senior executive with significant experience in building, growing, and transforming global businesses that drive highly profitable results. He has consistently led several Fortune 500 global organizations with thousands of colleagues to drive results.
He has 20+ Years Experience as a Managing director at Credit Suisse, UBS, Goldman Sachs and Citi Corp where he played senior roles including Global head of Asset Management Operations. Within this his most impressive feats include the integration of SBC operations into UBS to form the second largest bank in the world, and revamping GS’s entire Trade Capture and Risk Management Systems.
He also managed UBS Credit Default Swap Derivatives’ Impact through the Emerging Market crisis for a $1.6B portfolio, whilst also having managed the impact of the Lehman crisis within CS FO.
To couple this, he is a Co-founder at Wealth-net - a database with investors with over $24B in AUM, which has been an integral part of strategy in deal execution.
Industries specifically, he has years experience spanning the semiconductor, oil and gas, chemical, and manufacturing industries - further helping our ability to raise capital for mandates in this area.
